How to buy new civs for boyfriend?

[HOW TO] buy new civs as a gift for my boyfriend.

I don’t know if I’m using this right but I need help. I want to get my boyfriend some new civilizations for our anniversary, but I have no idea which ones to get and how to do it. I’ve made a steam account. I know he hasn’t had any new civs since the Romans came out, so I need to get Romans and then everything after that? I think it’s like Armenians or something and I think there is also a new one coming out soon. When I go on steam I’m really confused by all the dlc’s and scared to buy the wrong thing. Can someone give me a list of the titles of the dlc’s I need to get? (He doesn’t play the campaigns, just online and wants new civs)

The one with Armenians is called The Mountain Royals, and the one with Romans is Return of Rome. Victors and Vanquished, and Battle for Greece (which hasn’t coe out yet) are campaign only. And I dunno how to gift on Steam but here’s a guide:
