I did it yesterday,but i cant change it after update.
I used to edit commandpanel in widgetui folder and change axis.
honestly,i forget which line i rewrote,and its not change even i try a lot lines.
I want to move it to left a bit ,so my middle mini-map would not be cover.

You have to find it in commandpanel. There is code for Control Group Icon Buttons placement - find for example string “Button0”.

does this still work on the current patch, i am moving the X-axis from “Button0” and from “GroupButton” but it does not change anything.
I found out that “Improved tech tree UI mod” cover it.
So you can unsubscribe it,and make your own by GroupButtons axis.
