How to share DLC with another account?

My GF has been playing aoe2 DE in the same computer that I use. She didn’t bought the gane, just got it borrowed from my library. But now it’s seems she can’t used the new civs, cause tve DLC appears as blocked to her (and I can)

Any clues??
