In a French vs HRE matchup, was getting my landmarks sieged down. I had villagers repairing Regnitz before it got destroyed. I had also placed multiple keeps which were destroyed (putting my stone in negative territory). When attempting to repair my capital TC, I was unable, due to “insufficient stone.” I was age IV with Aachen, Regnitz, Swabia. The map was Lipany.
