HRE building repair ability sometimes doesn't work

The emergency repair seems to be a bit buggy as well. The Elzbach Palace is in the influence of a TC, but emergency repair does not work. The building is damaged and the error text says it is not in the influence. Sorry for the bad English in the picture. I am still tired and didn’t wanna do it again. -_-

They are already aware of it, and fix is in progress. This was reported 20 day ago.
