Huge fps drop during last cinematic

Issue:

Heavenly Spear DLC - in second cut scene the fps drops incredibly low even on high tier hardware. See attached screenshot. The game runs fine 60+ fps the whole time only in this cinematic there is this HUGE dip and it basically turns to glorified presentation

Trigger Event:

Finish final DLC mission and watch the cinematics, with RTX on

Repro Steps:

  1. Have settings to maximum including RTX
  2. Play and finish the last mission
  3. Watch trough the cinematics at the end
  4. 1st is okay, 2nd suddenly drops, 3rd is okay.

This is on 13600KF + 9070XT so there should not be any issues like this with performance.
