There is a technology available in Arsenal called “Incendiary Grenades”. It should increase Area of Effect for Humbaracis by +1. It works correctly until Grenade Launchers card is shipped. If a player ships Grenade Launchers card Area of Effect drops from 3.0 to 2.5.

Incendiary Grenades costs 400 wood and 300 coin and requires Arsenal. Adding only +0.5 AoE (despite in-game description saying it is +1.0) is way too low considering such a high cost and misleading for a players.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play any game as Ottomans
  2. In Age III send Grenade Launchers card
  3. Build Arsenal
  4. Research Incendary Grenadiers (AoE goes from 2.0 to 2.5 only)
  5. Check Humbaraci statistics

or the other way around

  1. Play any game as Ottomans
  2. Build Arsenal in Age III
  3. Research Incendary Grenadiers (AoE is now 3)
  4. Send Grenade Launchers card (AoE decreases to 2.5)
  5. Check Humbaraci statistics

Area of Effect should be increased by 1 so it should be equal to 3 as description says (initial 2 + 1 from a tech = 3).

I can provide one but I don’t think it is needed. Issue is easy to reproduce.

Maybe grenade launcher technology should exist in advanced Arsenal, or it should not reduce the splash range, if the grenade launcher reduces the splash range, then the value of the card is greatly reduced.

What about doing it the other way around ?
Sending Granate launcher first, and then the +1 splash

I doesn’t make any difference. At the end in both cases AoE will be equal to 2,5 only.
