i was in queue, first time today, there was a “POLLING EVENT MESSAGE” then i got told i had disconnected early
You might have network issues so the game is loosing connection and thinks you left the queue. Are you using any kind of firewall or antivirus?

i am not, what happened is i got desperate because the Start queue button wasnt responding, so i spammed it like 5 times, till it eventually worked, then i got the error message, and theen right after the left queue ban, so i guess i might have gone too quick for the synch logic
I am having the same issue, yesterday i got a timeout for canceling a queue… I also clicked the buttons a couple of times, maybe thats related?
Since Wednesday I’ve been seeing loads of instances where a match will be found and lobby created but then it’ll return to the queue screen and carry on (with the same timer) for seemingly no reason, previously I saw this re-queue behaviour maybe 1 out of 30 attempts but now it’s at least 2 re-queues per game. Has a matchmaking bug been introduced in the new update? This wouldn’t be a big problem if that were the extent of the problem, but after successfully playing a match it then gives me a matchmaking ban of first time 30 mins and now this second time 60 mins, which is incredibly annoying since presumably the issue is with DE as I’ve been playing for months previously and as said rarely saw this issue and never got a ban for it.
my guess now is that the wrong person gets banned for dodging, so the opposite of who did it, at random, sometimes
