I got ban for no reason, account info in description

hi everyone

I’m DoL iliya DoL iliya – AoE4 World and my match history is open if you wanna check

I contacted support and they told me I got ban for cheating, but the funny thing is I’m playing on CONSOLE , it doesn’t make any sense, and if you have any doubt check my games , they are open

Hoping someone sees this and help me get unbanned
