To answer your question, there really is nothing you can do except continue to try to reach out to that player. Devs steer clear of intervening in alliance issues unless the Emperor turns inactive and the alliance needs a replacement. They don’t fix mistaken promotions though.

Same naming convention as the bots had, not even an attempt at coherent words, not an insider, standard avatar. Yeah, pretty sure this is a test bot for getting around the new limitations. It’s not quite there yet, it should have left multiple of these reactions in quick succession and then reverted to the usual programming.
