I have already done everything, from updating, restarting the pc, restarting the application and I still can’t use the Chinese, the option to buy the dlc still appears.

Thank you for contacting Age of Empires Support! I apologize for the trouble you are encountering when you attempt to access the DLC. At this time Immortal Pillars is slightly delayed releasing on Microsoft Store and Xbox. We are actively working on this right now and expect it to be resolved soon. When it is available, the DLC can be downloaded manually from the store.

Please reach back out if you continue to encounter issues once the DLC becomes available.
