When I start Age of Empres 2 DE on Steam, I still have the closed Beta Version 201.101.32500.0
What should I do, have can I play the real game?

Opted out of the Beta? How to do that?
Right click on the game in your libary - properties - Beta - see if closed beta is still selected.

I had the same problem and Floosworld’s fix helped me as well.
