In my last game Ethiopians vs Persians. The horse archers are thrown into 3 TCs and a tower and do not die anymore. They tank everything.
This guy is clearly using hacks. We need the developers to take themselves very seriously, and the company too, with the use of hacks in this game. Let’s hope the same thing doesn’t happen as in Counter Strike and other Steam games like Apex.
Please we urgently need you to check what is happening here.
And another thing, this crappy forum doesn’t allow me to upload files because it says I’m a new member.
Were your town centers garrisoned? And did you have any ranged upgrades?
Also, considering that your opponent was Persians, he probably researched Parthian tactics and castle age archer armor. That could explain why they’d be tanking so much damage.
+2 From castle age, also balistic, also fingerprint, also skirm after that, and he resist all of it
Remember that range upgrades don’t affect the city center, but I was still surprised by how much their horse archers resisted.
They do. They just don’t get range. They get pierce damage.
Also, I don’t think it’s possible to modify in-game unit stats to make them immune.
The Persians have birth tactics thats why
That makes absolutely no sense.
Can you maybe post a replay file for the game in question?
Thanks, I just watched it. Not a hack.
Fully Upgraded Persian Cav Archers in Castle Age are just as tanky as FU Knights.
T90 voice What??? Who thought that was a good idea?
That’s impressive. I figured it wasn’t hacking due to the fact that it was Persians. If it was a civ like Mongols, it might be more understandable, since Mongols don’t get armor bonuses.
Yeah both get +4 Pierce Armor when fully upgraded, Persians obviously bc of Parthian Tactics
Knighst still have almost double the HP
Seemingly the OG devs thought their initial Knights were underpowered and added Bloodlines…
Which is a very expensive upgrade in Castle Age.
And then the CA have 4 Armor. Bodkin TCs and Skirms should damage them enough. The issue was probably lacking of Upgrades.
