But it would stack with attack upgrades… And this bonus works on Burmese infantry because infantry is slow, don’t have many HP so it will make them better vs.buildings and other infantry but they will still lose to archers and cavalry. However on archers, it would mean than you need to mass way too few crossbows for them being able to 1 shot everything, and once you have the same number of crossbows than any other civs they would kill mangonels so easily they wouldn’t get anymore counters.
