If the opponent loses the connection does it count as I have won in ranked? Lately when im about to win, my opponents don’t resign and instead they lose connection. Does it still count as I have won?,

Yes, exactly. Losing connection automatically means lost game and it is being counted in the leaderboard as your victory.
It happened to me 3 or 4 times when I was playing on Wi-Fi. I had a great time but I lost connection for a while and lost my game. In the ladder these games were always counted as me being defeated.
