There are very good team bonuses that motivate you to create strategies between civilizations, such as Turks and Berbers. The Turks can defend themselves in imperial with genitours. But there are other team bonuses that really aren’t that good. Some are very specific. I propose to improve the bonuses so that team games are more competitive and more strategic. Lately civilizations have become very uniform, where playing with one or the other is almost the same.
For me these civilizations have a normal team bonus:
-Byzantines: Monks +50% heal speed.
-Ethiopians: Towers and Outposts +3 LoS.
-Italians: Condottiero available in Barracks in Imperial Age.
-Khmer: Scorpions +1 range.
-Mayans: Walls cost -50%.
-Saracens: Foot Archers +2 Attack vs. Buildings.
-Slavs: Military Buildings provide +5 population.
-Vietnamese: Have access to Imperial Skirmisher upgrade.
But these others have really bad bonuses, compared to other civilizations:
-Chinese: Farms +45 food
-Franks: Knights +2 line of sight.
-Incas: Farms built twice as fast
