I had the same issue with all the above mentioned cinematics - reunion and florida - and it is still not fixed with the Last patch. As a side note, the campaigns are really full of bugs, from the Ai to units get stuck on some Places to units jittering as they were having a stroke. Perhaps a overall urgent fix would BE in order, since the game was launched with this obvious flaws ---

I had it happen as well, and on maybe 2 others. Esc was the only way to progress. ---
