Recently I noticed that one of the in-game portraits is to “ Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib “ , who was a paternal uncle of the Prophet Muhammad and one of his companions (Sahabi).
In Islamic tradition, depicting companions of the Prophet is generally considered impermissible, and many Muslim players would appreciate a change to avoid this.
========> Instead, I suggest using “ Abu al-Abbas as-Saffah “ , the first Abbasid caliph who actually founded the dynasty in 750 CE. He is a historically significant figure, directly connected to the Abbasid Caliphate as a ruling power, and his depiction would not carry the same religious sensitivity.
I believe this small change would make the game more respectful to Muslim players while still accurately representing Abbasid history
