# Inca AI (HD version) can't build settlements

### ▶ ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When playing a skirmish game against an Inca AI (HD version), l’IA doesn’t build settlements and is stuck in dark age.

The other version of the AI (Definitive and CD versions) are not affected.

Tested in a skirmish game at the moderate difficulty level.
