When will devs fix this mess? Inca’s still almost exactly the same civ as Aztecs but better, no reason to play Aztecs, when the counterpart is the exact same but with way better buffs and stuff.
Honestly the devs only cared if they could add Inca’s, not weather they should. Answer is if its an almost exact copy of existing civ, has bonusses other civs already have and brings not much new to the table, a no.
