Inca warchief can't gain HP and attack increase after aging up

The attack and hp bonus should impact on deIncaWarchief rather than deGeneral.
Idk why the USA dlc would affect inca warchief. Just a careless mistake?

Maybe the Aztecs slinger nerf is a similar mistake?
