Issue: The number of boars that spawn on the map Flankwoods is inconsistent. Either 2/3/4 boars will spawn on this map. When 2/4 boars spawn, it’s balanced. When 3 boars spawn, they spawn in a way that creates an advantage for one player.

Repro Steps: Start a game on the map Flankwoods. You’ll need to start a number of games to see all of the possible outcomes. I’ve had 3 boars spawn many different times, though, so it’s not a rare event.
