increase hero regen speed in campaign and scenario content. it is way too slow currently.
it is not fun having to wait 200 seconds in campaign instead of 40 seconds for your special unit to heal. campaign heroes are often great units to use and mess around with, having them out of commission for longer than need be is too punishing for a unit you should be spending time having fun and experimenting with. I felt this keenly with era of princes scenario. some special units like morgans/lizzies flagships should also regen.
to give content creators and modders greater control, having easy to use triggers to modify regen speed and lockout times would be great as well.
