Increasing HUD scale disable buttons

Issue:

When increasing the HUD scale to 125, the buttons to cancel production or research won’t work. Decreasing it litte by little makes them work but not fully, only the half bottom.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Increase HUD scale to 125
  2. Start production of a unit or research in a building
  3. Try to cancel it.
