Infantry + non-infantry selection cannot access secondary panel with keyboard

Say you have a bunch of archers in a numbered group, and you add, say, an elephant archer to said numbered group. Now you want to build a wall, or a ram. You press Y to access the secondary panel, but doesn’t work. You can, however, click the ram or wall button in the secondary panel with the mouse.
