Installing The Age of Empires IV 1v1 Ranked Seasons Preview problem

Hi everyone,

Let see if I can explain myself and someone can help me. I got the key for the 1v1 Ranked season preview. In the email there is two keys, as you all already know. When I try to add a new game with the first key, I get a message that the game is already installed, and after a few seconds I get the message that the installation got cancelled because a time out.

The thing is, I don’t know if I have it installed, because its not on the list, not hidden or anything.

I have reinstalled the steam and it is happening still. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or its just a bug.

Can someone help me?
