It is quite easy to identify a clan as treaty one. For example

Nothing is stopping supremacy clans from doing the same, They simply have no taste XD.

Royal is a treaty clan confirmed lol?

I’ve always just assumed it let you get the name you wanted since one 14 year old who stopped playing the game after a month and many almost empty clans probably exist.
