Is there a way to ungarrison a single unit from a building

Is there a way to do this?

All I see is the ability to ungarrison all units from a building. What if I have 15 archers in a keep and want to ungarrison just two or three?

Apparently you cant ungarrison a villager towards your new waypoint either. Its “Back to work” or nothing… Villager walks back to the previous assignment. So if you want the villagers to come in on one end to escape an attack, and out the other end of the TC to get into a new assignment, you have to click on the location on the other side of the TC before he goes in.
If he is shot by arrows, even if he hops in, he still dies.
