This would be especially helpful when playing as the French to tweak what resources are being collected.
Not that I am aware off. There might be a hotkey for it.
I think there should be a more efficient way to do it. Right now it’s not viable because you have to individually click on each trader or double click to select the ones that are on screen.
Thought so. Kind of disappointing. Should be able to do it the same way you do with religious units or scouts.

I see, might be worth it to go to bug report. Maybe they will address it next patch. Ideally we should be able to cycle through ressources from the market.
