Is this a bug? Why does he always get matched with opponents with much lower elo than him?

Notice this guy named Downfall, his rating is 2100 in 3V3 and 2400 in 4V4 while his opponents are often below 1100. I don’t think it’s reasonable

I think it’s because after 5 minutes of waiting in queue there is no rating restriction and you are simply paried with the first team avaible… Then matchmaking try to compensate, but in this case it’s unbalanced
