If a random guy on this forum said that, its cancelled, must be true. we must contact gaming news media and the Mr Sherlock give an interview, about their round. Microsoft is in terrible trouble trying to hide this mess.

I don’t know why you would infer such a logical leap from that statement. I’m not saying that Age of Empires 4’s situation is identical to that of the erstwhile Command and Conquer Generals 2, I’m just saying there are some significant similarities in their communities. So while there’s no room to definitively say that the game has been cancelled, there is equally nothing to back up the optimism. Relic has certainly not been forthcoming with the community at all on any matter.
Have bad marketing department = bad game?
