I love the game and am trying to help maintain this game environment, we all know that reports in the game are useless at all, no staff to view it, so every time I take the time to record videos with obs and email you guys, but you never tell me the result of the report. Now it seems that reporting via email has no effect too, which is very disappointing.
Hello.. sorry to hear this! I wonder, do they ever take into consideration what we say? It’s like there are only open servers, no human behind. The game login system is incredibly lame. I keep getting dropped due to network errors and getting time penalties etc. etc.
Standard Microsoft moderation model works on a multiple strike system.
Cheating is not immediately a permanent ban, but does leave a permanent mark on someone’s account. Multiple bans lead to escalating consequences, third ban is permanent from what I’ve seen.
Reporting does work, and they do review it. Sadly, they do not always respond, even when taking action.
