Italians fishing ships do not have the correct costs

ISSUE EXPERIENCED

^{When pressing the hotkey to create a fishing ship with >64 wood but <75 wood the game does not allow the fishing ship to be created. The icon is clearly available to be clicked and does work meaning the game likely knows it should be queued for 64 wood. but when using the hotkey the fishing ship costs 75 wood rather than 64. when queuing via hotkey the cost is 75 however and does take away 75 wood if you have it.
Additionally in death match mode the fishing ship costs 60 wood when the hotkey is pressed or 51 wood when the hotkey is used}

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play a game as italians on a water map
2. Build a dock
3. collect >64 wood.
4. Press the hotkey for build a fishing ship.
5. Press the icon for build a fishing ship
6. Collect 11 more wood.
7. Press the hotkey for build a fishing ship

EXPECTED RESULT

The problem is that the hotkey tries to create an Antiquity Mode FIshing Ship (invisible in the build panel) rather than a regular one. I think that issue is tracked already. For now you can click on the real fishing ship

There are no duplicate entries for units in the data file like that, perhaps a civ bonus effect is not correctly being applied throughout the entire game, maybe this is interesting to investigate with other discounted units as well.
