What exactly is the diference between them? they look the same, sadly 
Sandstone cliffs looked different in the HD Edition. I suspect they kept them in as separate in the data even after making them look the same in order to not break scenarios while updating them to DE. Basically it was to make development easier.

damn thats a shame to hear, i wish and hope we get more cliffs/gaia natural decoration objects like mountains and other things for scenarios, trying to make asia map but those granite cliffs look weird on the sand of iran
