The first hint states as follows: ‘You also cannot construct any naval vessels other than Fishing Ships in this mission, but there may be another way to obtain some warships…’. Nevertheless, players are able to create hulks and trade cogs.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Begin the scenario and be informed that you can only make fishing ships from the docks.

  2. Proceed to build hulks and trade cogs.

Players should not be able to make hulks and trade cogs.
