jap monks have their multiplies in different order

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. see stats of jap monk 1.
  2. see stats of jap monk 2.
  3. the order of their bonuses are different.

like other monks they have the same order of multipliers.

just wanted to let you know that normal coureur des bois and cree ones also have different arrangements of bonuses. cree also lacks historical tab.
