Poor Javelin Rider has 0 ranged attack. All the thrown spears amount to nothing!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Train javelin Rider as an African civ
2. Check Stats of Javelin Rider

EXPECTED RESULT

Ranged Attack supposed to be non-zero with certain multiplier against heavy cavalry.
