For Jeanne d’Arc, the Red Palace can produce Jeanne’s Companions after the Hero JD reaches level 3. Its normal production time is 15 seconds, and should reduce to ~11 seconds after researching the “Military Academy” upgrade (+33% production speed) from the Blacksmith, but it doesn’t work on the Red Palace Landmark.

Normal Keeps correctly produce at ~11 seconds after researching “Military Academy”, so this only affects the Red Palace.
