Judith first campaign in hard mode not gold medal

Issue: Judith first campaign played on hard dificulty does not give you the gold medal.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Play the scenario in hard mode.
  2. Win the game.
  3. I have played two times and one i win placing Judith in the top flag (12h clock) and the second time in the bottom flag (3h clock)
