Knights Templar Hospitaller Knights need an option to enable disable attacking like you can disable healing ability. Otherwise they will always prefer fighting instead of healing and in battles you have to right klick them for their healing ability. If you coud disable attacking you could make them work as a monk.
When you select a group of Hospitallers, you can press “v” and the units will stand-ground and heal rather than attack.
