Kremlin Militia are worth 20 army value each, i.e. it’s 40 food for the pair. But they count as 100 army value each when they expire or die in a fight. This throws the Army Value statistic of Rus way out of whack because they may lose say 400 food of Kremlin Militia in a fight but the graph reports it as a 2000 value loss. This defeats the usefulness of army value to evaluate how a fight or trade went when playing as or against Rus. Each militia should only count as 20 resources towards Army value.
