Kuafu not following designated tasks

Issue:

When queued to repair a town center, then repair or build another building the Kufau will instead repair the town center and begin collecting whatever resource is closest just as though you’d taked them to build a new town center and not given any task after that.

Trigger Event:

Skirmish against computer opponents, had it happen during daily celestial challenge as well.

Repro Steps:

  1. start a skirmish.
  2. allow a town center to be damaged
  3. task a Kuafu to repair that town center then build a Silo (or any other building type)
  4. watch Kuafu repair that town and start choipping wood.
