Kuafu & Kuafu Chieftain do not build Town Centers with any increased rate after getting the Chasing the Sun upgrade.
Kuafu build time of TC without Chasing the Sun = 75s. With Chasing the Sun = 75s.
Kuafu Chieftain build time of TC without Chasing the Sun = 50s. With Chasing the Sun = 50s.
