It would be nice to have ladder resets for aoe3 like there is in aoe4.
Ladder is stagnant and doesn’t reflect current meta. Even if you reset ladder once a year it is best than having the same players on top as it would be too grindy to try to catch up.
I think it also would be less smurfs trying to get to the top as they knew it would be another ladder reset coming soon and wasted efforts to try to climb all the way with multiple accounts.
