Please fix the “seven councils” as Lakota can now obliterate everything from cannons to infantry.
It’s too OP, needs to be fixed ASAP.

Give seven councils a cost similar to Túpac Amaru’s revolution and that’s it.

The card effects are absolutely needed for the late game of the lakota. It just needs a cost.

Nobody will use it. Tupac rebellion is a horrible card.

I agree that Tupac Amaru’s revolution needs a buff, but I think that with some changes it could be fine, I think it needs to be a more complete revolution that represents a permanent change, for example, enabling light cannons, an advanced European arsenal and imperial level upgrades for post revolution units. (we don’t lose our villagers but we can create revolutionaries)
