Lakota PILLAGE upgrade not working

Lakota ‘Pillage’ upgrade obtained from the ‘New Ways’ shipment is not applying the 25% bonus siege damage to the Tokala soldiers, Club men, or Tashunke prowlers as it is explicitly stating in the info that it will. The upgrade is supposed to apply to all melee cavalry and shock infantry instead it does nothing. I ran this in a test game vs PC to see how good the upgrades are and thats when I noticed this.

Club Warrior are heavy melee infantry so they don’t benefit from Pillage.

After researching Pillage it shows a 1.25x vs. buildings in the stats area for Siege Attack for all the Lakota melee Cavalry for me.
