Le Loi Mission 2 3 Kingdoms DLC incompatability

ISSUE EXPERIENCED

^{During the mission, the game would crash, I tried every existing fix, none of them worked. I eventually noticed the crashes had 2 triggers, me building Fire Lances, and the Ming using Rocket Carts. Both are 3 Kindgoms DLC units, so I have to assume that’s MOSTLY the issue, however, I want to note that there’s no issues with mission 3 and using either unit, so it is also a specific to mission 2 issue involving those units, and since one involves AI behavior, can only be avoided through use of cheat codes.}

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Start Le Loi mission 2 (The Mountain Siege)
Build or upgrade Fire Lancers OR trigger a rocket cart to attack.

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

If the game were working normally, I’d either see the enemy AI rocket cart attack, or I’d be able to build Fire Lancers in this mission.
