Is there a setting or MOD that will allow me to “left click” the mouse (keeping it pressed down) and drag the screen?
I’m not a big fan of “pushing the screen” around using the mouse.

Not sure about left click, but you can do it with right click by default. Depending on your preference, you may also want to toggle the “Camera Drag Invert Direction” option.
You may also want to adjust your “Click Drag Panning Speed” and “Camera Acceleration” options to taste, and turn off “Camera Edge Scrolling”.
You can also change it from right-click to another mouse key in the hotkeys, but unfortunately left click is not possible to select, as far as I could find.

It was a MASSIVE help thanks! I will just have to get used to the “right Click” or maybe try your other ideas and see what is most comfortable for me.
