Issue:
When legacy health bar colors are selected in game settings the health bar colors are correctly the legacy colors, however the health bar colors in the user interface do not match.
Reproduction Steps:
- Change game settings to enable legacy health bar colors.
- Play a single player or multiplayer game and notice that the legacy health bar colors over top of units does not match the health bar colors in the user interface.
