When you pick a custom scenario from Skirmish, the last row has some overflow. See the screenshot. Happens to all patches.
I fixed this bug. You could add this statement at Ln 939 and 1446 of screenselectscenario.json. (Widget ListAnchor → TableBackground → Box and PlayerAnchor → TableBackground → Box)
